- 一般：600円
- 65歳以上：300円
- 中学生以上：200円
- 都内在住・在学の中学生：無料
- 小学6年生まで：無料
- 身体障害者手帳、愛の手帳、療育手帳、精神障害者保健福祉手帳をお持ちの方：無料
＜＜団体（20名以上）＞＞
- 一般：480円
- 65歳以上：240円
- 中学生以上：160円
- 都内在住・在学の中学生：無料
- 小学6年生まで：無料
- 身体障害者手帳、愛の手帳、療育手帳、精神障害者保健福祉手帳をお持ちの方：無料
＜＜年間パスポート（購入日から1年間有効）＞＞
- 一般：2,400円
- 65歳以上：1,200円
※65歳以上の方と中学生は、年齢の確認にご協力をお願いします。年齢の証明となるものをお持ちください。
※入園券に有効期限はありません。購入当日に入園されない場合、後日お使いになれます（年間パスポートは購入日から1年間有効です）。

動物によっては、16時30分ごろから寝小屋に入り、見られなくなる場合があります。

駐車場について
上野動物園には駐車場がありません
近隣の駐車情報
- 東園・表門まで：JR上野駅公園口（改札口）隣のタイムズ（無人）
- 西園・弁天門まで：京成上野駅駐車場（弁天門まで徒歩1分）
ただ、連休や休日になると早い時間に満車になりますので注意しましょう

上野動物園 ジャイアントパンダ見学について
ジャイアントパンダ「シャオシャオ」「レイレイ」「シンシン」の観覧には事前申込みが必要です（抽選制）。
内容
上野動物園は、ジャイアントパンダ「シャオシャオ」「レイレイ」および母親の「シンシン」の観覧を2022年3月25日（金）から再開しますので、観覧方法を下記のとおりお知らせします。
観覧は当面のあいだ、事前にインターネット上でお申し込みいただいたなかから、抽選で当選した方のみとなります。上野動物園公式サイトにて公開する情報をご確認のうえ、お申し込みください。

シャオシャオ（オス） 2021年6月23日 恩賜上野動物園生まれ
レイレイ（メス） 2021年6月23日 恩賜上野動物園生まれ
シンシン（メス） 2005年7月3日 中国・臥龍保護センター生まれ

上野動物園・西園「パンダのもり」ジャイアントパンダ屋内展示場

事前申込による抽選制
※観覧期間ごとに抽選申込期間を設けます。
公開時間と観覧人数
2022年3月25日（金）～4月3日（日） 10時～14時 各日最大2,800名
4月5日（火）～ 10時～16時 各日最大4,400名

抽選スケジュール（変更の場合があります）
「土曜日から次の金曜日まで（休園日を除く）」を観覧期間とし、観覧期間開始２週間前の金曜日13時から次の月曜日13時まで申し込みを受け付けます。
※運営上の都合により、5月20日（金）13時に予定しておりました6月4日（土）〜6月10日（金）分のパンダ親子観覧の抽選申込を延期致します。
今後の運営については上野動物園のホームページにてお知らせ致します。
- 「ジャイアントパンダ母子観覧抽選サイト」にアクセスし、新規会員登録をおこなう（マイページを作成する）
※抽選サイトのご利用方法については、こちらのガイド（PDF、約2MB）をご確認ください。ジャイアントパンダ母子観覧抽選サイト - 「お申込日時選択ページ」から観覧希望日時を選択し、申し込む
- 抽選結果発表日の13時以降、マイページにアクセスして抽選履歴から抽選結果を確認
※当選者は、観覧当日の午前0時以降、QRコードを表示できるようになります。
※当選者は入園整理券の予約は不要です。 - 発行されたQRコードを入園時に提示し、入園券を購入
※年間パスポートをお持ちの方およびオンラインチケット購入済みの方は入園券の購入は不要です。 - 入園後、「パンダのもり」入口で同様にＱＲコードを提示し、観覧

- インターネット接続契約に応じた通信費がかかります。
- 動物の状況などにより予告なく公開時間を変更、または公開を中止する場合があります。
- 公開方法（時間・方法・観覧人数など）は、状況により予告なく変更する場合があります。
