【ディズニーチケット】エラーコード1-107って何？
エラーコード1-107って出て買えない
ディズニーチケット購入画面でエラーコード1-107って出る場合は、クレジットカードのセキュリティ対策によるもので購入できないようになっているパターンが多いです。
ですので、このセキュリティで買えないようになっているものを解除する必要があります
カード会社に連絡をする
セキュリティ対策でストップがかかっている場合は、カード会社に連絡をすると解除をしていただけるので、その後購入ができるようになることが多いです。
ですので、一度カード会社に事情を説明してセキュリティによるものか、それか何かほかに事情があるのか聞いてみるといいかもしれません。
ちなみに、過去に私は楽天カードでセキュリティにひっかかり、ドコモカードゴールドで引っ掛かり、買えないという時がありました。
その時は、楽天はセキュリティ、ドコモのゴールドカードでは単に満額使っていたというだけのオチで、ドコモカードの場合はそういうセキュリティはしてないといわれたことがありました
どちらもmastercardになります。
ドコモカードの場合は現在はまた変わっているかもしれませんが、聞いてみると原因がはっきりするので一番早い解決方法になります☆
宿泊予約の際もエラーが出る場合がある
公式サイトでの宿泊予約の際も、エラーコードがでる場合があります。
こちらはエラーコードがまた違いますが私は、宿泊予約でエラーがでて申し込み金の支払いができなかった経験があります。
ですので、もし宿泊予約でも困った場合はクレジットカード会社に問い合わせてみましょう。
私は急ぎでしたのでコンビニ払いでその場を乗り切りましたが・・。
そのコンビニ払いでもまたひと悶着あってなかなかすんなりと予約が完了しませんでしたが。。
というわけでもし、クレジットカード決済でエラーコードが出た場合は、クレジットカード会社に事情を説明してみて何が原因かを調べていただきましょう
